In short: three decades of work in Polish district heating — from Przedsiębiorstwo Instalacji Przemysłowych „Instal", WPEC and PEC Poznań, through building energy efficiency companies from the ground up and executive roles at Dalkia ETS and Veolia Industry Polska, coordinating key projects for Veolia Polska, to strategic advisory at KAPE and technical assessments for financing institutions. From district-heating-adjacent services and ESCO to global facility management; the first ISO 50001 implementations in Poland, and building ESCO services for industrial construction and the district heating sector.

Implementation and successful delivery of a 5-year ELENA programme (European Investment Bank) covering modernisation of dozens of district heating systems in Poland. Support for banks and ministries on the eligibility of district heating projects under EED, RED, KPO, DNSH, GBER directives and other EU and Polish regulations.
